Cabrera Repairs installs central split systems and ductless mini-splits for houses, additions, garages, and small commercial spaces. We start with a load calculation for the actual space, then set the condenser on a proper pad, run and seal the line set, pull a deep vacuum, charge to spec, and test airflow before we leave. Mini-splits are a strong fit for rooms the ductwork never reached; a central system is usually the right call for a whole house. We'll tell you which one fits and why.
